How are the 4/11/11 sleevers doing?

I've had a yucky day. I began pureed foods yesterday which went down pretty good...or so I thought. I was up most of the night pooping or trying to. Drank my protein shake this morning, started my walk and almost didn't make it back to the bathroom, I had to find a way back home quickly while walking slowly, if you know what I mean.
Made the mistake of eating some noodle soup thinking that would help my tummy, nope. Thought maybe grits, nope. I have been lying down most of the day.
I did realize I hadn't drank much water today, I feel a little better now that I am drinking. I will rethink tomorrow and start off with protein food, not a shake and see how it goes. I thought I had found a good protein shake for me since I cannot tolerate whey or splenda. but it has 20 carbs per scoop, not good.
Plan, plan, plan!
How is everyone else doing?

Funny you should ask. I've been wondering that myself. It was so easy for me anyway and it sounds like most people as well. Makes you wonder if that is really how they stay so slim! I'm feeling better, had 2 oz. cottage cheese and then for dinner 1/2 an egg. And my water. Much better now.

According to my surgeon, I'm doing pretty well.  I'm just frustrated that I didn't lose any weight the 2nd week and yet, I barely eat anything.  I did get in 66 gms protein today and before I go to bed, I will have consumed 52 oz fluids. I actually may have made it to 500 calories today (I had a little tuna with full fat mayo).

So, I guess, today was my best day yet.  Other than that, I feel pretty great :)  I've started back walking (last 3 days) 40 mins a day and hopefully, this will be sufficient for exercise until I lose some weight.

Can't wait. Do you happen to know when we can do strenuous exercise? I forgot to ask and would like to try Zumba!

So far, no complaints! I had the feeling of a pulled muscle over my left incision, a little higher than it.. that was bugging me for a bit. I irritated it by over doing the walking early, but it seems to have finally passed..

Had my first "meal" today.. I heated some of my fromage blanc I make in a little bowl with some finely grated Parmesan & a dab of tomato sauce and Italian spices.. tasted a bit like the filling of lasagne. I enjoyed that.. it was fairly thin in consistency- so I was able to finish about 1/2C in 30mins.. no issues.

I need to grab some Greek yogurt.

I realized I am 5 lbs away from the quarter mark to my goal! My BMI is officially under 40 today. Size 24 jeans right out of the dryer fit perfect. No tightness! I'm a happy camper.
