Non-chewable vitamins and calcium

When were you able to swallow pills whole rather than chewing them?    I hate chewing these, and run out of vitamins tomorrow.   I have my 30 day post-op follow appointment Thursday and will ask there, but am hopeful that I can begin swallowing rather than chewing at 1 month.   I expect to be on regular foods at 1 month, too!

You should be able to swallow very soon.  I just realized today that the yummy calcium chews I'm taking have 35 calories each and with two, three times per day that is a LOT of calories!!  I'm going back to tablets.  Get the Petite Calcium Citrate, much smaller.
