is gone!  My hubby hid it on me, lol!  Actually I told him to, but I didn't think he would really do it.  I have been getting on it every day and its driving me nuts.  So now he is only allowed to let me have it once a week.  Lets see how this goes!

You'll thank him later! I've said it a dozen times here. . . get out there and live your life! Don't spend it agonizing over a stupid number on a stupid appliance. I made myself a promise a when I got home from surgery that I would only weigh myself once a week...Monday morning first thing. And now, more than 30 weeks down the road, there has only been two times that the number hasn't gone down. Do the math: 30 times I've stepped off the scale and done a little happy dance. If I had obsessed about stalls, water retention weight, and weight loss slow down, how many of those 225 days or so would have been a downer? I recognize that a lot of people feel that a daily weigh-in is a motivater. I respect that different methods are effective for different people. This is a marathon, not a sprint. The scale and I have a weekly date, and it lives in the guest bathroom so it doesn't taunt me. I get daily motivation when I pull on a medium shirt instead of 2X, and 12P pants instead of 24W. . . That's incentive enough to stay on track!

Let your husband keep custody of the scale.
