1 month out today and I am feeling GREAT!  I had a rough week 2 and week 3 because I didn't lose an ounce and it really bothered me, but the scale started moving after a 13 day stall.  I've lost 4 lbs since the stall broke so I'm so happy about that.
It also feels great to be eating regular foods and it still amazes me just how little of it I can eat. I know I can eat baked chicken wings (1 wing with skin removed) and pot roast (about an ounce at a time) before I feel stuffed, but it just feels great to be past the hardest time.

Glad you are feeling better. Keep up the good work. Amazing you can eat pot roast. I am getting a little tired of chicken and tuna. Maybe I will try it again.

I had my surgery April 12th. Had my first month post op Appointment today! I am down 44 pounds. Highest weight was 380 in 2005. I had a pulmonary embolism and dropped almost 100 pounds on my own then I couldn't get the rest off I was stuck at 280 for a couple of years. I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2009 after I got married! . My doctor mentioned WLS to help reverse the diabetes. I was 287 when I started the 4 week liquid diet! I was 257 the day of my surgery and 243 today! Best decision of my life!!
