MONDAY GRATEFUL POST
Morning Everyone,
I hope everyone had a great weekend. I know I am glad it is over and so is the wedding. It was beautiful. I have some photos on my profile. I tried to put some here and couldn't get it too work.
So if you are my friend you can view them. This is a post to remind everyone how much we ALL have to be grateful for everyday. No matter how large or small it may be. We do all have things in our lives even if it is just waking up today in a warm safe place. PLEASE feel free to share with us what you are grateful for if you like. Here are some things that I am grateful for this morning.
That the wedding is over and everything was beautiful,
For waking this AM and feeling rested,
For my life and health,
My family and friends,
For my husband, 3 sons and DIL,
For my Faith and answered prayers,
For my WLS and all the choices available for them today,
For vitamins that keep me healthy,
For Obesity Help and all the information available to all of us here,
For Support Groups that give us all lots of useful information,
For my OH Support Group and all my members who attend regularly,
For the upcoming OH Conference in New Orleans, La. Sept 9 - 10.

I needed your post today as I'm feeling a bit anxious and blue. Started all protein shakes for a few days to get me back in the groove after a very lax week back from two weeks on a cruise. Gotta get my mind off carbs again. And, I'm stressing over a potential job here at work that I won't interview for until next week. Butterflies are fluttering!
BUT...I'm very grateful for:
a supportive family and amazing husband
my health...even if I need to get back in the saddle, I'm so much healthier than before
my job...even if this new position isn't the one (God, I pray it is), I still have gainful employment with a great company
God...without my faith I would be lost
the amazing support found here at OH. I know this will be a part of my future in order to stay successful
