Frisco-Breakfast for Dinner-ala Uncle Larry
Food twinners!! I make that too! Ceptn without the maters and with a lime squeeze - I call it popeye pie, cuz that's what my mama called it!
I use egg, ground beef (pork is nice too, but I like the beefy chew) 1 T of ground flax, 1 ounce of fresh spinach, 1 slice of cheese and sprinkle of Chicago Steak Seasoning.
I also cook a bunch up in the little containers, let them cool, freeze some and keep some in the fridge. My convection oven reheats them with their nice little crusts. They are also most excellent travel foods, each in its own ziptop baggie and on you go! I also ate these when I did my half marathon and was being a low carb athletic human!

Frisco dahlin', you must be from the South to eat ketchup on your eggs! My Mom used to make something similar but it was not a "healthy" meal because she used pork sausage and added side dishes of buttermilk biscuts, white gravy, and hasbrowns or cheese grits washed down with strong coffee or southern sweet tea. And of course, everything in the meal was home grown, including the critter meat.

Ketchup is good on anything, 'cept a good steak and that gets Worchestershire or A-1.
