Spanx are the best thing ever invented for women!!!!!  Not the most comfortable but they take 20 pounds off your belly and hips!

I wear the knock offs from Target.  I think they are Beyond Bare.  I usually wear the bottoms (regular panty length) and the cami that goes below the bra.  The cami controls the middle pooch and the back fat.

I use the high waist panty when the back of a dress is too low cut for the cami.

Spanks are awesome! There are other brands too like assetts are just as good. Try a few out, don't just buy. I even got a shaper tank top at Ross for 6 bucks which I adore

I love the low cut v-neck ones that you wear like a tank top.  I have it in black and beige and never leave the house without it on.  It makes me feel more "secure" in my clothes and not like my flab is falling out my shirt.  I went into Lane Bryant recently to get a new pair and they have changed their spanx from the ones that I have! Maybe see about ordering directly from the Spanx website.

If you fear nothing, then you love nothing. If you love nothing, what joy can there be in life?

Did anyone see that skit on SNL for Baby Spanx? It was hilarious. Sorry to interrupt. Just felt left out of the conversation

I love Spanx! And Assetts from Target, too. Assetts are from the makers of SPanx, just not as pricey. For me the only difference is that the Assetts don't have the opening at the crotch.
I really love the high-waisted ones. The ones that go just to my waist give me muffin top no matter how big they are on me.
I also love to use them with the Dr. Rey bras. The one I bought goes lower than normal. The two pieces together are like an all in one. They leave you nice and smooth. I just don't know if I'm going to like using them this summer at my brother's outdoor wedding in the middle of July. I'm hoping it won't be too hot.

So the high top ones don't roll down when you're active? And the camis don't roll up?
