April 2011 Sleevers what's up?
Pounds lost: 34
Inches lost: 17.5
Exercise: Podrunner interval Couch to 5k 3-4 times per week
Vitamins: Prenatal, Chewable Calcium with Vit. D, Chewable Multi, Prilosec
Food: EAS Soy Chocolate protein shake after workout, cottage cheese, cheese sticks, shrimp, tuna salad, fish, Carbmasters yogurt, nuts, chicken salad, The World According to Eggface mini muffins (trying not to do many if any carbs, just my preference for now during weightloss phase)
Liquids: getting plenty in usually, I am one of the blessed ones that can tolerate plain water, but sometimes I cheat and have my southern sweet tea and I drink my protein shake once a day as well.
Doing great! Loving exercise, weighing once a week, measuring once a month, journaling my food, enjoying life. No problems. Actually since I began working out more my bathroom troubles have seemingly gone away.
How are you doing?

I get in all my vitamins, over 70 of protein daily, most days get the water in, etc. I have been doing interval training and walking, some sort of activity every day. Lots of inches off though, clothes fitting much better.
Can stop pureeing today, just "soft" now. Lots of beans, soups, string cheese, cottage cheese.
I need an attitude adjustment, I am doing great, and should stop compairing to others.... help!
Jenn
I'm doing fantastic as well and love my sleeve. Wow. Has it ever made losing weight SO much easier, there's no way I could have done this without it. I had a pretty uneventful recover, which was awesome.
Surgery date: April 12, 2011
Pounds lost: 30.8 lbs since surgery. (39.8 lbs including 2 week pre-op diet)
Inches lost: 21.8" (I'm down a clothing size and clothes look so much better already!)
Food: Max Protein, Nectar Protein, greek yogurt, tuna, lots of eggs, cheese strings, mahi mahi, salmon, chicken salad, ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, chicken breast, turkey weiners, turkey deli meat.
Vitamins: Chewable Iron, vitamin C, Greens drink, Calcium w/ Magnesium, B12, a women's-specific multi liquid, Biotin, Omega 3s (I take a lot of vitamins & supplements!)
Liquids: at least 90oz/ day
Protein: at least 100g/ day
Exercise: jog on an incline on my treadmill 3/4 times a week
I feel like a new and improved version of myself already! My confidence is back.
I was sleeved 4/6/2011 and have lost 39# total, 17 of those were after the sleeve. My losses have been pretty slow.
I wish I had measured myself, but I didn't. But, I can really tell in my clothes!
My hubby and I exercise every day, at least once a day. We always walk 2 miles and ride bikes 3 miles. Sometimes we repeat this.
I take a multi vitamin, B12, and nexium every day. I am taking the calcium w/ D chews 3 times a day. Need to check which type of calcium they are, though...
I usually drink one shake a day or else I don't get my protein in. I can eat about 2 oz. dense protein, a little more if it is fish. We grill chicken and salmon alot and have it ready to grab. I also eat yogurt and cottage cheese. I made the Italian Crab Bites from Eggface and enjoyed those alot! Have enjoyed fresh tomatoes out of the garden, too! I tried the tuna in the foil packages and that was good, too. Always keep string cheese handy, but don't eat it every day. I also keep a protein bar in my purse "just in case".
Other than my one cup of coffee in the AM, I drink mostly water and always get all my water in daily, usually 80 oz or more.
I feel great. I do get tired by night, but that may be because we usually get up by 5am.
Sleeved 4/26/11. Started at 255 on surgery day. Now standing at 235, been at a stall this past week but today I am hittin the gym for first time after surgery and I am sooo excited.
Still on mushies. Can start regular foods tomorrow. I feel it's been such a blessing to eat mushies that I have no idea what to eat for regular foods lol. But I think I am gonna hold off a bit because I still have a ton of soft/mushy foods I cooked that I need to eat up before going back to the grocery store.
I love my sleeve!!! I went shopping for new clothes and went down 2 sizes I. Pants and 1 in tops. Unfortunately I forgot to get a belt because this morning I had to carve another hole in my belt about 3 inches from the last hole!!
I have had no complications and I am truly blessed. My journey has been a little less than a month but I have a life to look forward to. I see results, I feel fantastic just by loosing 20+ lbs. I run and play with my nephew constantly and I feel closer to him
Gonna learn to cook great/healthy foods in the months to come and that's about it for now. Summer college semester has started and hopefully I am done next spring!! Gah
I never measered myself either. I dont keep a food log, I drink lots of water (drink till your pee is clear). I walk every day. Love the sleeve. I eat everything except nuts or lettuce, no pills yet either. I have lost 17 lbs. so far. I am waiting for the 3 week stall but it hasnt come yet.

-We are all different, try not to compare yourself to others (although this is really hard)
-Try not to think about stalling.
-Get plenty of exercise and bump it up periodically.
-Don't weigh every day, it will drive you crazy.
-Keep a notepad on the counter and don't put anything in your mouth until you write it down or write it on your calendar in your purse.
-If you haven't already, measure yourself. It will help for those weeks when you don't think you lose enough pounds to look back and know you have lost inches.
Keep the ideas coming. I have gotten some good food ideas thus far. Thanks for posting everyone!!
Pounds lost since sleeve: 12 (Pounds lost since heaviest 148)
Inches lost: probably 1 or 2 since sleeve? (inches lost since heaviest 14, 52 waist down to a 38)
Exercise: Walking, with a plan to incorporate weight training starting 5/27 when I get Dr okay.
Vitamins: Multi with an additional B-Complex daily.
Food: EAS 42g Myoplex Shake to start my day with. Boild egg, half cup of Chicken Salad, various soups, Eggface's fritters (Both chickpea and blackbean), whipped yogurt, Eggface's ricotta bake, peanut butter, mashed up frozen meatballs with marinara.
Liquids: I like plain water, so I drink at least 80oz a day.
Mood: I feel like I m doing okay weight wise. My Doc wants me to be at less weight but I feel like, and I am being told by people, that I am looking "thin". I kind of expected more weight loss with as little food as I am eating.
