I only read about "TOOL/S"  here... I NEVER hear it IRL.  Its not a part of my post op WLS world anyway...just what I read on this forum.  Maybe that's why it doesn't bug me.

right now..I hope I NEVER get tired of READIN it...being reminded of the fact ... it HELPS keep my ****** supersized ego in CHECK!!  Course Im still making MY adjustments post life VSG, I am just around to gettin me figured out...but yeah I see how it could get annoying hearing it or reading it once its lost its personal attachment.  To each his own tho.

BE WELL on yer journey...no need to bust a blood vessel about it. lol!

I just think it's a crutch (hey maybe thats what we should call it).Because noone has anything other way to explain it. Ww, low carb dieting, working out, OH are all "tools"  I still have a "tool" (gayness) I haven't lost my personal attachment to my sleeve and never will. I love NSV's, SV's, onederland,GOAL, even *****ing... but all this tool talk is so repetitive for me. Just sayin'... If I had a quarter for every "tool time" I'd be mega rich.

Carmelita I had that "It's just a "insert here" shoved down my throat during both pre & post WLS school so I'm very familiar with Cara's POV. Your lucky if you didn't have it force fed to you. When I was pre-op I was wondering "why do they keep telling me this? Is it some sort of get out of jail free card so that they aren't held responsible? But now I get it. Any of us can go all "Carnie Wilson" and eat past our WLS (DUH), but Jeez.. it goes without saying.
That's where the rub comes from... Craig

PS: WRONG AGAIN! Ever done a search on the word "insert here"? There are hundreds of NON-VSG forum posts using this same term.

Sleevie's enabled me to see my tool in a full-length mirror for the first time in a long time....
I'm losing inches and gaining inches (ok, ok, not inches, exactly).
