I just bought a Zoku Popsicle maker from Williams and Sonoma.  I hope to  find several pop making recipes to use during my liquids only portion.  I'm just planning ahead since I'm so new and just starting my journey through pre-op.

I eat frozen grapes and frozen blueberries. It makes them sweeter when you eat them and it takes you a bit longer too!
