Great attitude!  The catalog is a great idea(beats going to the store).  Gonna take some vitamin D and see if my spirits brighten!

I SO hear you!   I have only lost 19# since surgery and am not liking that number at all.   I expected to lose more quickly.
And I exercise EVERY day and have since 5 days after surgery.     I get in all my protein (usually 60-80) and am always (now at least) way over on liquids. 

But, that said, I DO believe this is the correct decision for me and I DO believe it will eventually come off.   Just slower than I hoped for.

I don't give an answer to the daily "how much have you lost" questions, either.  

Everyone lose at a different rate, and I have accepted my rate is slower than others.

I hear you!!! Oh, do I hear you!!! It took me two months to hit a 20lbs. loss and when I did? Now I've been stalled for almost two weeks. And I was stalled for 3 weeks the week after surgery! So, almost 9 weeks out, I've been stalled for over half. Boo. It is extremely frustrating. I was going to try the 17 day diet, but after I read the book, aside from my protein shakes, I eat like the way the book says!! I'm with you, I wish I could find something a little "extra" to help me out. Good Luck, Fay! I hope we can start losing soon.

I'm on a stall as well.  As of today I am going back to my full liquids diet and exercise! Back to the basics! I make my 12 year old son go to boot camp with my 2 days out of the week.  I like beating him he pushes himself so that he can beat me so we both win!.  I play kickball on Sundays with my high school alumni team. 

I go back to my doc the day before my B-day his target for me is 20lbs! I have until August to get it done!

 I did the Grown Up! Broke my stall.... Sorry if that was TMI.. I just believe it worked because I was actually scared.. My Dr never said if I could or couldn't... all I know is........ I was weighing myself every other day and nothing... so the day after I did the DO.. I got on the scale and it said I lost 2.5 pounds  I YELLED BABY!!! my Husband came running down the steps.. He what's wrong!! I said TAKE YA CLOTHES OFF LET DO IT AGAIN!!! LMAO!!!!!!!!!! 

Sometimes going back to all liquids will break your stalls.. I was already on all liquids.. you have to find what works best for you and your body... 


How can I judge when I'm talking about having relations SMH @ ME! lolol... I'm happily shamed!

 Fay... My husband said he can't wait until the Doctor say I can go back to work LOLOL.... At first he was like did you ask the doctor if we can do things... Since I noticed that the pounds dropped, Now I'm like HUNTY!!!!  *in my MJ voice* Sha'Mon! He's like 

And then I remembered how I use to hear people say that it is a great workout.  And it really is.. I've downloaded apps with positions... I may steam the bathroom so I can sweat more... and I feel real energetic now too! lolol.. 


Yes! It's a MUST DO ON YOUR TO DO! lolol.. *hugs*
