Gym again why??
I have not been going to the gym like I should. I do ride my bike 7 to 10 miles a night but I need to go to the gym more now. I hate going need inspiration to go I guess.
My surgeon told me if I get to 145 lbs that it will be tummy tuck time that means 40 more lbs to loose. That mean**** the gym every day I was told by my PCP doc.
how much does everyone else work out I use to go there 7 days a week but now I am lucky if I go 2 days a week. My PCP doc said that I should be doing every day at least 30 minutes of cardio a day I guess I should get off here and do the right thing lol.

I try to go at least Monday through Thrusday and take the weekends off but I still do weights at the house on the weekend! I like to do at least thirty minutes of toning machines for arms and legs and then about 30-45 minutes on the treadmill or elliptical! I'm starting to really love going! I never thought I would say that, lol!
I go to the gym every other day because I weight train and muscles need a day to rest and recover, but on the days I don't go, I do cardio at home for about 20 minutes. I can't walk very well so can't do the treadmill or elliptical, however, I am finding some success with the bike. I'm finding it's keeps my arthritic knee from swelling!
