Camel bak has been huge with the military for years. They make backpack ones also great for hikes and such. My husband just left for a month out in the field and they were all filling up their backpacks with the mio and water too. They are great I have loved mine for years.

Don't know! It's just a water additive to flavor water -- Mi0 (don't know if it' the letter O or a zero) Liquid Water Enhancer. You can find it w/ the Crystal Light. 0 calories, 0 sodium, 0 everything; just yummy flavor.
