Shocking because I have been waiting for it to happen for so long, so I stepped on the scale like usual expecting to see 200+ where I have been stuck for about a month and I couldn't believe what I saw, 198!!!!!!!!!! Now my goal doesn't seem so far away after all. I have been losing in inches but not on the scale and it finally budged! I am happy.

Awesome accomplishment.............it is such a great feeling to see that 1 on the scale. I was so sick of seeing the 2 for so many, many years. I remember dreaming about being a "normal" weight.....if only....but it always seemed to remain a dream and then finally my dream was a reality and actually it has become beyond great.........though I have had many stalls and long, long stalls I couldn't be happier about my results. This has been the best experience and would do it again in a heartbeat.
