Five months post-op pics
Good morning! Saturday was my five month anniversary date, so I had a friend take my monthly photo ritual. :) I'm down 72 pounds and feeling great!
Everything is going really well. Challenges this month were feeling HUNGRY a couple days last week (I just rolled with it and focused on eating protein if I had to eat). Also, feeling run-down for awhile. I think that is stress-related, though, as I have a lot going on at home. I've just been focusing on getting my iron (I have been on supplements since before surgery, since my pre-op bloodwork showed negligible iron levels), vitamins, protein, etc.
Absolutely the coolest thing EVER that I've done for myself. :)
