April 11, 2011 surgery
Lbs. lost: 44.4
Inches Lost: 35, woo hoo!!
Vits: Calcium, Prenatal, Multi, Flaxseed, Prilosec
Liquids: usually around 48 ozs. I know, I need more
Protein: try to get enough but not usually.
Exercise: walking...fast! Podrunner interval traning on my IPOD. Had to stop running due to hip problems.
Favorite food right now: Egg Face's Egg Mug with Laughing Cow cheese! YUMMO!!

April 15, 2011 surgery
Lbs. lost: 46
Inches Lost: More like inches GAINED..down there...if you know what I mean..ZING!
Vits: Multi, gall bladder, uric acid, Prilosec
Liquids: usually around 80 ozs.
Protein: 60-80 grams per day
Exercise: Riding my bike! 10 miles, five days a week. Also, rocking the stage.
Favorite food right now: Cheeze whiz? ugh I ate bad this past weekend!

Lbs. lost: 36.0 since surgery, 46.6 since Optifast, 63.7 since January 1
Inches Lost: 16" from chest, waist, hips (30" inches when you also include my neck, shoulder, bicep, thigh and calf measurements)
Vitamins, Minerals and Other: Calcium, Multi, B1, B12, Iron, Prilosec
Liquids: 48-60 ozs.
Protein: 80-100g
Exercise: Some walking, some biking. I could be doing more.
Favorite food right now: SF popsicles because it's so hot (does that really count?) and Shelly's Pulled Pork

Pounds lost: 40
Inches- not sure! I've been traveling, so no measurements taken yet. I'm down 2 sizes, with room to spare! :)
Vitamins: B12, Iron, Calcium, Multi Also taking Prilosec.
Liquids:50-60oz.
Protein-40-50g
Excercise: walking, swimming, and stationary bike 4x weekly (rotations)
Favorite food: Eggs and cheese
Pounds lost: 40
Inches- not sure! I've been traveling, so no measurements taken yet. I'm down 2 sizes, with room to spare! :)

Started drinking muscle milk now hmm taste like medicine not cheap.
Going to start doing cardio and roller skating.
My dr says losing to slow doing everything right. Lost more during pre op then with surgery but I am still optimistic. Hey I am a bite slow can't let that get me down I weight 227 hey it has been awhile since I weight that. My doctor want me to lose more weight before he take me off any meds.
Walk 2miles a day
All required vitamins
Started drinking muscle milk now hmm taste like medicine not cheap.

Inches: didn't measure- down frome size 22 to a tight 18
Vits- multi w/ iron, B-12, D complex
Liquids- 60-80 oz
Protein- 50-70 (need more)
Exercise: walking hiking trails at lunch, biking
Favorite foods- jerky, Lean Cuisine- meat and veggies only (leave rice, potatoes, etc).
Favorite thing about losing weight so far- more energy!
