100 lbs. lost!!

You are my hero!!!! I am trying my hardest to get to 100 lbs lost by 6 months. You are the proof that it is possible.

Hurrah for you!  How awesome is that to drop 100#?  You must feel great - more energy, less stress on your joints, knees, etc.  Congrats!
