Wow 1 month already !!

I can't believe it's been a month already . This has been an amazing experience i'm down 21lbs post op ,wi**** was more but i'm happy with it . I have to tell you this surgery to me was a piece of cake the only thing that was rough was just having liquids the first week . As far as the surgery goes I just took pain meds after I got out of surgery & that's it . I was up & walking all over the hospital the next day . The reason why i'm saying that it was a piece of cake is because when I had my Lap band surgery in 2007 I was in so much pain for days & my husband was so surprised to see how well I did with this surgery . I'm so glad to have joined OH it really helps me with everything & I love reading everybody's experiences .

Congrats on you success. I had my surgery last Friday and I too had the lapband. I had much more pain with the lapband recovery.  I think because we were mentally prepared for what we needed to do we did great. Wishing you a ton of success!!
