Check in everyone including April '11 Sleevers!!
Lovin' the scale!! Lost another 2 pounds! Don't know how, I haven't exercised in 2 weeks due to my back and hip hurting but am happy with the results. Have yet to have a stall! Would probably come off faster if I was exercising and I plan on starting back again today after work.
So now I am down 50.2 pounds!!
We did go to Dahlonega, GA Saturday and walk around some but I was in horrible pain until I could take some Advil.
How is everyone else doing?
Vits: Getting them all in including Calcium Citrate horse pills!
Water: Still working on getting more. If I don't get in at least 48 ounces in I have horrible leg cramps at nights.
Exercise: nada, but that changes today!!!
Food: Eating about the same stuff. I need to plan better. Still enjoying Eggface's Mug eggs, chicken, Laughing Cow cheese, Greek yogurt mixed into different things in place of sour cream, cottage cheese with fruit
Advice: Take your measurements before surgery and each month thereafter, take a before picture and then take a picture once a month, at least!!

Losing much slower than you, but still thrilled with my progress. Down 67 lbs so far, 35 pre-op, 32 post-op. 10 weeks since surgery, so losing about 3 lbs a week on average - I can live with that, especially since I'm perimenopausal and my metabolism has slooooooooooooowed!
Hoping to make my halfway point by my 3 month surgiversary; if I can lose the rest by 1 year I'll be happy, as I know the loss does slow down as you close in on goal.
I'm down from a size 28 to a size 20 in bottoms, size 18 in tops.
Vitamins - doing well, I take calcium citrate chewie bites, kinda like a soft candy, and like them a lot better.
Water - fabulous, dahling. I can drink like a fish. Getting 72 oz clear plus a 14 oz and 8 oz shake each day.
Exercise - good but not great. Riding my bike, walking, but not much upper body.
Food: Is it me, or is my tummy tiny? At best I can eat an ounce of beef jerky, or half a salmon patty/turkey burger (2 oz) or about the same - 2 oz - of chicken or tuna. Anyway, eating only protein foods so far, and still supplementing about half my protein. Only snack I have is 7 almonds (1/4 serving, about 43 calories) each day.
