Your going to figure things out for yourself, pay attention what's going on.  If I start slowing down on my weight loss I look back at my food diary and see what I've been eating and how much of it, then I make a change, but you have to keep a daily diary it's a very important tool for you to use in your journey.  You can use this sites diary system or I use an app on my smart phone call "my fitness pal" , I like it because I can use it anywhere and I know exactly how cals, protein and carbs  I've had at any given moment.
Keep up the good work,
Steve

It was fun to check out... but I noticed that whether I put in 60%. 80% or 100% it more or less showed me losing it all in the first 12-13 months.... not extending out longer time.  That defies logic, but I wonder if it is really saying, if you don't lose it in the first 12-13 months your chances of losing more are low?
