my arms and upper thighs look like a saggy baggy -- every thing else is OK (for now)

I wonder if "botin" helps -- it says it's good for hair and skin, but "what" does it do for skin?

As Carmelita noted- RETINOLS!
They do work great to speed cell turnover.. and thereby reduce fine lines and improve texture. I've been using them for years, and my skin looks better now at 38 than it did at 33. It takes a little working up for your skin to handle the ones that do any good, and there may be some slight irritation and peeling, but it stops. Sunscreen on the face, it's the only place I really worry over.. I don't generally get a lot of sun, but I do protect my face for vanity's sake.. Vit C serum seems to help me as well both with clarity and tone. Other than that- just a good moisturizer and hope for the *******so use a TCA blend chemical peel once in a while, usually 2x a year, when I can afford to shed like a snake for a week.

Honestly, I don't know if these will help post WLS skin issues, but they have helped me in aging skin issues.. so, why not try them?
