This is my 12 week post op:
Pounds lost: 52
Inches Lost: 35
Exercise: not as good as when I first started but haven't had a stall yet!! Hoping to up the ante now that my back is feeling better, ( I hurt it by starting to run before I should have)
Water: need more as well
Vits: doing good swallowing horse pills

Foods: Mug Eggs, cheese sticks, meatballs and sauce, shrimp, trying not to do carbs and when I do this I still get at least 40 grams. I think this is the key for me to losing weigh****ching my carbs.

Okay, next!! What is working for you?!

I am good. Losing every week, no real stall yet either. Water is my key. I tell myself that I cant flush the fat out without lots of water... keep drinking. Avoid cards and salty food. Love Love Love El Polo Loco chicken leg for $1. Helps me stay on track when not at home. But not to much of it cause it is saltly but oh so good. I am just aproaching the #50 mark. Yeahhh. Love the sleeve.

Well I'm 3 months today and so far I have lost 54lbs since surgery. I was going to the gym 3 times a week but this week was kinda crazy and couldn't get there.
Food I try and stay low carb but gosh has anyone noticed there is carbs in almost everything you eat. I eat egg and cheese, pure protein bars, grilled chicken, and veggies.
My sister in-law has VSG also and wasn't getting enough Fiber in her diet and was having some bleeding issues if you know what I mean so make sure you get your fiber in as well.

Sorry I'm such a rambler.

Slow and steady since surgery, though I lost a lot before. Down at least 69 lbs total at just under 2 1/2 months. I say at least because I normally weigh on Mondays on the good scale at work, but am not working today. So that's last Monday's weight.

Still not able to eat as much as I would like (what a weird problem, no?) so getting half my protein from shakes. But doing good with fluids and vitamins.

Went hiking the other day. Would have had problems imagining it a couple months ago. I find I cannot get myself to "work out" but enjoy being active, so hubby and I go for long walks or bike rides or hikes most days to help me in this area.

Food: chicken or chicken salad made with half mayo/half greek yogurt; beef jerky (one ounce = 14 grams of protein); turkey burgers (half a burger is a challenge for me); salmon patties; tuna; eggs. Hubby is killer with the grill and that has been huge for me - whatever he spices up and throws on the grill is heaven.

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

11 weeks out, wow seems like longer :)
lbs lost: 64
Inches: No clue
Excerise: I am much much more active but have not yet buckled down at the gym, but its getting time because I need to fill my underarms with muscles lol
Water & Protien: I do really well during the week, but drop the ball on the weekends
Vits: taking them

Food: Pretty much watever I cook for my family, I eat a very small amount and usually just the meat. Im pretty good with carbs, crave them like made though but try hard not to over indulge.  I am like peach and think by keeping my carbs in line I am able to keep dropping!

Good Luck to us Losers!!!!!!!!!!

I am less than 1lb away from 50lbs gone (including pre-op)!
My belly (in fact all of me) is much smaller, and I'm feeling great and enjoying myself again.. let's see if I can still do math and figure out the inches.. I'll edit and post what I've lost, I've never added them up.

No issues with supplements, I do have to give big props to evening primrose oil! I used to take it for horrible cramps way back when. Post-surgery I started in with heavy cycles and lots of bad cramping and water gain.. well.. I took it this month (1 gram a day) and I needed NO ADVIL! Also, my weight loss per week never stalled during this cycle! I had very little to no water gain! I post my weekly losses on my profile, so if you look, you can tell where I was bloating! I hope this continues, we'll see if this month was a fluke or not, but it was a huge deal to me.

MMmm, what's working: protein coffee in the morning (three scoops Nectar (30g protein), 2tsp Benefiber, 1pkt Splenda, 1/2C almond milk in a huge mug o' coffee.. with 1tsp cinnamon.. Been reading on cinnamon's effect on insulin and blood glucose, figured give it a shot- plus it just tastes good.

Other than that- I still can only fit in 2oz of meat if I'm lucky and take my time.. so I have great restriction! Losing steadily with no real stalls.. Working on my stamina, treadmill almost daily at a good clip for 25-30mins sweating like mad.. Water- usually 75-100day. Carbs are routinely under 20g a day now.. Protein 70+.

Edit: total inches: -23.75, and glad to see I'm shrinking evenly from chest to hips! -5.25 from bust, -5.5 from my waist, and -5.5 from hips!

I was wondering how others were losing, if all over or in spots. I know when I have lost weight in the past I would look like a pear, with my hips going last. I am so excited that my calves are shrinking too!! Woo Hoo!!

We are all doing wonderfullly!! Congrats to you LOSERS!!!

I'm still a pear, but if this goes anything like the last time, eventually my chest stops shrinking and my waist & hips keep going and end up evening things out a bit more.. most of my weight is below my chest..

Congrats! Well I'm a 4/7 sleever, so close enough. I just updated my tracker and I'm happy to report that I am 1/3 of the way to goal! YEAH!!
I'm 46# down. My goal was 50# down by July 7th, so looks like I won't make it. I have not been exercising much at all, so definitely need to change that. (unless you count running after a 3 year old!)
I need to measure to compare - haven't done that yet. But I can tell you I have already gone once to the tailor for some work suits, and now those are a little loose. I breezed past clothes I was sure were too small, and now they are too big! :)
Water/liquid: I am reaching for 8 a day, but normally get 6-7. Working on upping this.
Vitamins: Seems to *thud* in my stomach, so need to see what I can do about this.
Trying to keep 700cal, under 40 g carbs, and 60+ protein. Most days on target.
Carb monster calls occasionally, but luckily I can outrun him!
