Took This Photo yesterday
I did lose inches. This week alone I lost 4 lbs already.
I am sure I am do for another stall/adjustment on the scale.
i go through this every month. I am glad I know this because
for me acceptance and understanding about it is healthy
for my mind. Stress can be an awful thing and I hear it prevents losing.
