Yep, I make her protein cakes all the time.   My family loves them.

Yes :)  I make the PB2 crepes almost every weekend.  I end up sharing those too.  I've made the ricotta bake (when I was on mushies).

On the cakes, the trick is to always add some extra SF pudding mix - then they will be moist.  If one of the cakes does not call for pudding mix, add it anyways.  The chocolate cakes call for cocoa powder, but those were way too dry.  I use SF Chocolate pudding mix instead and it's like real cake.  Same with the strawberry, peach, orange, etc cakes  that use the SF Jello mix - I add some vanilla pudding mix to those and they are MUCH better.  Top with some fruit and a dab of whip cream, VERY good.

Thank you so much for sharing this info!!! l'm going to write this down. l have a stupid question ---When you add the pudding mix, do you just add the powdered mix or do you add any extra fluid to that?

No extra fluids, just add a couple of tablespoons of the mix.  It will take a little experimenting to make them come out right, at least it did for me.  My first several were too dry.  These cakes are also a way I found to use my unflavored protein powder, I haven't been able to stand it in anything else.  Can't taste it at all in the cakes.  I thought I was just going to have to throw it out.
