Thanks again!  l''m glad l didn't order the unflavored like l had planned!  My nut told me it wasn't really worth it, and now this from you.  =)  l just found Six Star Elite from Walmart (my nut recommended it, also)... all l can say is 'FABULOUS!!' lt takes like a milkshake!!! l have the vanilla cream and triple chocolate... 28 gms a scoop.  (also came with a free t-shirt) .So l can definitely add this vanilla to the recipes you told me about! .

I love her blog, too! I have made her eggbites (family loves them) and for me the protein ice cream. It's a nice (and different!) was to get the protein in!

l couldn't believe there's a recipe for protein ice cream!  How fun is that?!! l'll have to try the eggbites - it's one of the few meals the whole family can get together for.

Yes, it is just different foods. Who needs candy, fruits are great and sweet, love clementine oranges, rasperries, blueberries, bought a ice shaver and eat a lot of it with torani sugar free syrups like watermelon, lime, raspberry, black cherry. Skinny cow ice creams and bars, sugar free popsicles, Edy's slow churn ice creams, I make Eggface's pizzas on the low carb tortillas, the entire house is hooked on those.
Loads of options, really no deprivation, just different!

Those SF syrups are GREAT.  I use them in everything!  I wish I had thought to use them before, LOL.
