I use Click Mocha coffee protein powder in my morning coffee.  I mix it with 4 ounces of milk and add 8 ounces of coffee.  I have it every morning.  (19 g protein w/milk)  I, too, have to have my morning coffee.

my doctors office told me to add it to my cream/milk before hand and mix in some coffee to bring it up to temp without it cooking so to speak

This is soooo right. I added protein to coffee. And i tasted really good, prior could barely tolerate it. I am not sleeved yet still waiting on approval. I am just trying to get prepared. I am lactose intolerant so i am just trying different proteins. I also been told that my taste tolerance might changed after surgery. I am glad that drinking it in coffee helps! good tip!

Iam also lactose intollerant.  Have had trouble with lots of protien blends, but both the Celebrate and Ultra Energy brands both work well for me.

I do that too sometimes!  I've also used 8 oz water, 1 scoop vanilla protein, a spoonful of instant decaf coffee and a dash of sugar free irish cream syrup.  It's delicous.  I love protein coffee drinks.

A scoop of unflavored Unjury also goes nicely in a bottle of Starbucks Light Mocha Frappuccino (if you're okay with caffeine)
