Spoke Tonight at my BSG Panel Kaiser Harbor City

I was asked by my NUT the day I did the 5K on June 30 to speak on a panel
at our next BSG group. I was the youngest meaning being out from surgery.
I felt honored and it really didnt hit me until I arrived, that I was asked and going
to speak.

I have tears in my eyes because talking about my experience, strength, and hope
was so rewarding for me. I had chills and realized I am doing this. I am sooooOOoo
grateful for this experience and the opportunity to share my story with others.

I was even more surprised when I was approached by several who took my phone
number down as well as I received theirs after the meeting. I am really good about
calling people and I will. Somehow people related to me and I carried the message
which gave them hope. I feel terrific. it just makes me want to do better spiritually,
mentally and physically. It makes me want to be a better person and be positive.
Negativity alone and judgement can kill me.

I am sooOOOooo thankful for this opportunity. Tonight was actually for me sharing
my ESH ( experience, strength & hope )

I just thought I would share this because I am like on this HIGH right now!

What an experience!! Really feels great. I kind of had the same feeling when I get to tell my story at support group to newbies apprehensive about the surgery. I really makes you feel good.
