Got my approval from my insurance today Im supper excited .Surgery is july 25 th cant wait to start the new men and start this journey of enjoying my life again thanks O.H.

Thanks my OH friends loving life and cant wait to be on the losers bench .Started the 2 week liquid diet and i have more energy now then I ever did!!!!!!!!!!

I just got my surgery date too!!! It's July 29th. I'm excited and nervous!!! I start my preop diet Friday!!! Any advice? I'm allergic to whey and egg whites so I'm looking for a good soy protein!!! Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers!!!
