Try going back to liquids.
Maybe progression has been a little too fast.
Use a snocone maching (Wal Mart) and crush ice and pu****er in it.  Use
a teaspoon and sip ice / water all day.  Get yourself rehydrated that way.

Are you doing protein shakes at all?

I wasn't supposed to do any kind of egg salad / tuna salad et****il week 5.

Use gas X strips (dissolve in the mouth).
