 I know the link I am going to share is for a program but I have found some valuable information in it that sounds compatible with what we are doing. I am not endorsing the program, just sharing the info. Take what you need from it and disregard the rest. Most importantly we are all individuals.

Great article.. thanks!  Some of these things I know apply to me, like high stress levels, and I am working on reducing those but it is hard!

 High stress is one of my issues too. I added a B50 to my regular BA chewables and make sure I take my B12. For the B12, I put it under my tongue when I go to bed. It has made a world of difference to my stress tolerance. I take the B50 twice a day with a meal. I am losing weight again too. 

Another thing is I am doing is mentally resetting my metabolism by visualizing a steam engine room with men shoveling fat into the furnace while the captain calls down More Fuel!

I seem to be really STUCK.  Nothing I'm doing is changing anything and the STRESS is AWEFUL~!  I heard that taking "Holy Basil" is awesome for that, so I'm going to look into it.  I also really liked your visualization :) I think I'll do that one too~!

I hear you. It has taken me 3 months to lose 7 pounds and most of it came off in the last 2 weeks. I keep tweaking my diet ,exercise, supplements, and whatever else I can think of. Maybe this last tweak is it.

Oh My Gosh,

I'm SOOOOOO.... Sorrry~!!  that it's taken me over 10 days to respond to you, but I had yet ANOTHER UTI~ (Uterine track infection) and "they" are CRUMMY to have~!

But, I think I learned something, not from Kaiser, who can't for the life of them figure out what's wrong, but through the magazine "Women's World". There was an article that said that if you are "SUDDENLY" having a LOT of UTI's (in fact, I don't think I even even HAD one before) then check what you are using for weight loss sugar.  HUH???  It appears that Sucralose "may" cause "some" people to have UTI's and well, let's just say that I gave away a TON of shakes, bars, and everything else with sucralose and guess what? Yepper~!  UTI is Gone~! Yippee~!!!!!

Anyway, I also read another aricle that is in this months' "FIRST" magazine. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND reading it~!  It really, really explains what's been happening to me.. you see, I "thought" that when I had the vertical sleeve I would be able to eat "anything" but just smaller amounts with + eats protein first.  Well, that hasn't' worked for me.  I can eat all the 1/4 or 1/8 cups of anything AND less than 800 calories a day and guess what? I don't lose.  So, this article goes in depth about "insulin resistance" and "why" you have to "retrain" your body - period or you will lose but gain it back.. Great article~~!
