3 months- where did the time go?!!!
I can't believe that 3 months ago I was sleeved! So far, I've had no complications (other than developing an aversion so some foods, like eggs).
I don't regret a thing about the surgery. However, I still have a hard time believing that my weightloss will continue. Losing 2-3 pounds every week seems too good to be true.
Right now, I can pretty much eat anything, other than popcorn. I generally stick to 2 ounces of dense protein and 1/8 cup of veggies per meal (the doctor recommends 1/4 cup, but that is usally too much). I have 2-3 high protein snacks per day, and try to stick to 600-800 calories a day. I love nonfat lattes and beef jerky ;)
I try to run 3-4 times a week, and either walk or do some other cardio the other days. I am having a hard time motivating myself to weight train consistantly :(
I am definitely glad that I was sleeved!

Wow you are doing great.
I can't believe you run 3-4 days per week but have a hard time motivating yourself to weight train. I am the opposite. Maybe you can commit to 1-2 days per week of doing squats, push-ups, and crunches while watching tv- doesn't matter if you have to modify either.
Whatever. You are obviously doing something right. Keep rockin it.
