How is everyone? I have been busy, busy with a new job.
Questions:
1. How do we fit everything in? Ahhh, I forget to drink while I am working, therefore, on a good day I get about 48 oz. of fluid in, definitely not enough.
2. Exercise is another problem. I leave early and get home late, trying to figure work and exercise in, maybe it will all come together shortly.
3. Food, how is everyone doing with this? I eat pretty much anything, but protein FIRST! Always!

Stalls: never had one, YAY!!
Vits: Getting in calcium citrate, acidophilus, omega 3's, prenatal (just for the benefits), biotin.

Food: Tried spam again after years, hard to get down but good protein, also noticed the canned corned beef has a lot of protein as well. Just got a sample in the mail of Pure Protein and will try that. Although, I haven't had a protein shake in months. Enjoying fish, cottage cheese, bacon, BBQ. And how cheap we can eat. When my husband and I go out to eat, usually he orders what he wants and then an extra side, I eat a few bites of whatever protein he ordered and then my side. Yesterday I ate for $1.69 at Cheddars. I have gotten an extra patty at Red Robin for $1.99. Cheap Date for sure!1 But love it!!

Weightloss: Down 61 pounds, WOO HOO!!

I'm doing well but haven't lost any weight in a week or so. Was hoping to get to 70lbs lost before my 3rd month was over but I'm not sure if that will happen.
As for everything else doing well just need to learn to slow down when I eat.

You have done so well so far! I have slowed down as well but thankful for no stall yet. I would go 2-3 weeks with a small loss then lose 7-9 lbs. in one week. Now it is 1-2 pounds per week. I have got to find time to exercise.
One thing that really helped me was weighing only once a week. It would stress me out to do it more often!!

was doing very good, but disappointed in my weekly weigh in this morning. +3. I have lost between 2 and 6 pounds every week since surgery except for three. I had a two week, zero loss stall, and now this. REALLY hoping it is a "correction" period I have read about on here before. Because I have been doing great with my eating. Part of what it might be is water weight. It has been very warm here the last few weeks, and I've been drinking 80-120 oz of water most days. Also due to the heat, I haven't been exercising nearly as much. So hopefully its partially water weight, and/or correction. But I am down 64 since surgery, and 105 overall since I started the pre-op diet. So keeping my eyes on the prize, and not getting too down about this week. 105 pounds is great, and I am betting next week will be a good week.

Vitamins: Daily multi, D, Magnesium and Potassium (for leg cramps), and a weekly B12
Clothes: down 12 inches in pants size, 2-3 sizes in shirts. Officially 16" gone from belly, and 10" from hips
Food: I can eat anything. Stay away from deep fry as it makes me feel terrible (gall bladder gone too), and its bad for you. But eat a lot of jerky, tilapia, salmon, buffalo, turkey, fresh fruit, some veggies, nuts, and protein bars.

You are definitely in line for a huge loss!! No worries, you know it will come off!

Hey there!  I'm an April sleever and things are going really well.

I can fit all of my fluids in. Usually get in at least 70 oz. or so.  Protein can occasionally be a problem though and the week before last I wasn't getting it all in and it stalled me out for a bit. But I'm back on track and losing fine.

I have kind of slacked on my exercise, especially as it's been kind of hot where I am and otherwise I keep losing so I haven't been super motivated.  But I have noticed that as my skin gets looser, I want to get some muscle definition in so I'll be looking into some weights soon!

I can eat pretty much everything. I haven't been super low carb but I always stay away from sugar and sweets as they make me feel like crap.

Stalls: Had one at three weeks and then one the week before last that I blame on my lack of protein that week.

Vits: According to my labwork from a few weeks ago, I have no vitamin issues so all I take is a multi-vitamin.

I have been enjoying bbq pork ribs the last few days...delicious! Ha ha ha.

I'm 68 lbs down this morning since surgery day (not including the 40 I lost right before) and loving my new body! Being lighter on my feet and not always out of breath is amazing. I'm the healthiest I've been since I was a kid!
