Ice Breakers

Ok so since surgery I haven't been able to chew gum as suggested by my doctor.  So instead, I've been having Ice Breaker mints...then I went to the grocery store and saw Ice Breakers sours and other flavor mint candies.  I've become addicted.  They're only 2 calories and they take the sweet tooth completely away after I've had one.  Just like eating some candy.  I sure hope these don't harm my weight loss because I would have to give them up.

Me too... though I've been doing tick tacks for now, just in case I swallow them... for me, I HATE not drinking after a meal... I hate the food taste in my mouth... so I pop a tick tack or two (2-4 calories) and I feel much better.

I can't imagine 10-20 calories a day will make a difference... I'm only getting 300-450 total at this point :-)
