I'm so sorry about your loss.  I have 2 dogs that I love dearly and would miss them terribly.  Hugs.

Lots of hugs.... I feel for you. Go ahead and cry. Our dogs are family and it hurts to lose one... Do you have any more? If not, look into going out to a Humane Society and get another one. It is not like you are replacing, just add to your family. I am sure your puppy would want you to have a new friend.

Nobody should live without a dog or two....

My prayers are with you...

((((BIG HUGS))) to you.  Our pets bring such joy and love in our lives.  I'm sure you gave her a wonderful life and she knew that.  I pray you get past the hurt and pain and can smile when you think of all the good times you had with her.  All her crazy, silly antics and all the unconditional love she gave you.  I love my girl doggies more than they could ever know and I just hope when their "time" comes, they know how much they meant to me!

I am sooo sorry for your loss. I know our pets become family and it is so hard to lose a member of our family.

She is beautiful.  I know how much you hurt right now.  Please stay on your plan.  I know you need comfort food now but you have to take care of yourself.  You need to be healthy when you are ready to bring another dog home to have a wonderful life with you.  It will be the best way to honor the memory of your sweetie.  Many hugs to you.
I am not big boned!  Bones don't jiggle!

I'm so sorry for your loss. They never live long enough. I'm glad you had happy years together. She will be waiting for you at the Rainbow Bridge.

My heart hurts for you because I know what it's like to lose a pet.  I am remember my little white poodle Katie (RIP my little girl) and all the joy and unconditional love she gave me.  I'm sure you are feeling the same for your dog.  Check out this video:  http://www.godanddog.org/  Or just google it and watch it on youtube.

It brought me comfort....Jackie

I'm so sorry for your loss.  In September last year, I lost my little doggie the same way.  I took her to the vet for an arthritis flare and found she had a brain tumor.  Like you, I came to OH for support and have never felt so loved and supported.  So many people responded.  So many of us have had the experience of losing a beloved pet and we really do know what you are going through.
The whole house seems empty.  You expect your little fur friend to be there when you come home, to welcome you, lick you and wag her tail.  When you sit down you reach to pet her and she's not there.  You notice when it's time to go for a walk, or time to put fresh food out.  You see the favorite toys still sitting where she left them, the blanket, the bed.  No, it's not easy at all.
Please save all your responses from your friends here at OH.  I put all the ones I got in my memory book.  They really did help.
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this awful time.
