One year anniversary!!
It's been one year since I had my surgery. It's been the best decision I've ever made. I've lost 102lbs. For the newbies - it will get better. I feel great! And I eat whatever I want - just much smaller portions of course.
I am trying to include a before and after pictures but I do not know how to do it - does any know how I could add pictures?

Congratulations on your loss!!! That's amazing! In reference to posting pictures, follow this:
Upload your pics to your pictures (in "My OH"). Then, open OH in another window, so you can right-click and copy from the window open to your pictures and then paste in the post that's open in the other window.
