Looking for YouTube Stories

 on VSG journey... does anyone have any suggestions for a few Youtube video diaries that I can look at over the next few days?  I need to read up - my surgery is on MONDAY!!!

All youy have to do is search VSG and tons will pop up.  If you actually want to see the surgery there are a couple that is actual footage from the surgery.

I watch them before my surgery but it kind of freaked me out.  I like medical shows and stuff.  I guess it just hit too close to home!

 Yeah I'm definitely NOT looking for the surgery ones - those seem to be all I can find.  I'm more looking for someone doing a video journal every few days so that I can catch up on the post-op recovery.  and then I'd love to see some longer-term videos - you know, to keep my moral high!  This surgery is starting to freak me out!!!

I was more freaked out after the surgery than before.  My surgery was on Tuesday.  My head hunger is kicking in FULL stream right now.  From what I have read, I am having a easy recovery.  Not much pain...I am able to drink my fluids.  Today I probably have about 68 ozs plus.  Today, I have about a fourth of a IOSpure protein shake, a half cup of beef broth, several SF jellos along with 4 propel zeros.  I am only taking pain meds when I go to bed,  The gas isn't that bad either.

Remember to WALK as soon as possible after surgery.  I had to keep asking my nurses for more fluids at the hospital.  I am still bloated from three days of IV fluids.  I have even had a normal BM ( I know TMI).

Are you thinkin of videologgin your journey?  That would be so kewl!

I liked "thinjourney" 's videos.  He was really good and documented a lot.
