Stomach aches

Wondering if anyone has ever experience slight stomach aches after eating ?? I'm 11 weeks out & yesterday after eating a string cheese I started getting a stomach ache , it kind of feels like gas pains . I'm a worry freak so I always think the worst like maybe I have a leak .

You probably developed an intolerance to Lactose. I hear that some people on here hav e done that. I am lactose intolerant and that is the feeling! Good luck.
