Full Liquids Diet Post Op - Question?

My husband and I are on day 12 post op. I have been making smoothies for a change of pace during this full liquid faze.
They seem to go down well and are non fat/surgar free.
Here's the recipe. Just wondering if this is a bad thing at this point. I didn't think so but after reading some posts I thought I should throw it out there just in case.
7 ice cubes
1/3 banana (although I just found out my husband has been using 1 whole banana for his)
1/4 cup non fat greek yogurt
2 strawberries
2 packets of Stevia
1/8 cup of skim milk

Any thoughts?

Looks good to me - it's not exactly sugar free.  Bananas are fairly high in natural sugar, but you're eating so little that I can't see the harm this early out.  It probably takes quite a while to get this down.  A full banana might be another story.  If your husband sees his weight loss stalling, he might want to cut that down or out.  Of course, men seem to lose weight a lot faster than us, so it might not make any difference, LOL!  You might want to up the protein count by adding vanilla or unflavored protein powder?

Also, are you tracking nutrients on a site like SparkPeople or MyFitnessPal or Livestrong?  It helps tremendously in figuring out where your calories, protein, and carbs are coming from.

I'm not tracking nutrients yet. Just trying to find foods that have high protiens. I have tried the protien powder in the drink but I don't like it. I'm going to try a protien liquid and see if that will work. I just dont like the powdery taste.
We've got one more week of full liquids then we can start on soft foods.
Thanks
