My new hobby is watching the Food Network.......lol  The funny thing is I don't cook. The show doesn't stimulate me in anyway to want to eat. I am just fascinated with how much effort they put into everything they make and how beautiful it looks. So with this inspiration I am going to learn to cook for my healthy new lifestyle.  With the healthy new life style I have chosen to find Hobbie's from that. Like remodeling my closet to have new smaller clothes to put in it. Get the kitchen organized for all of the cooking I hope to learn to do....(this should be interested). Good luck on your journey =)

How about joining a gym? I had severe anxiety last year and after a few months of working out it's totally mellowed me, not including all the other benefits that come along with consistent exercising.

Can you volunteer somewhere? If I'm home it is easier to eat more, but if I'm out and busy then I don't think about it. I volunteer at my kids school. They always need something. Maybe a local hospital, nursing home or animal shelter?

Mel- reading will be one, I have a few unopened books already that I would like to start on.

Steph- Cooking was my original hobby...I guess that's what led me to being a fatty LOL. Once I lose weight I am sure shopping will be so much fun!

P_B- I would LOVE to learn how to blog. I have so many emotions and random thoughts I would like to post. Then again if anyone read them, I am almost positive they would think I am crazy!

Lanunes- I canno****ch FN withou****ching PAULA DEAN!!!

Lori- I would love to join, but I live in a very small town and the 2 gyms we have are outrageously expensive!

Rainy- I volunteer with a animal rescue group as much as possible. I have a very stressful job working long hours in the Emergency Room...def. wanting to stay away from hospitals as much as I can!

Thanks for all of the input!! Im excited!!

Oh I agree on the couponing. I can spend hours just looking for deals and coupons. It's fun and saves money! What could be better?

About the volunteering: sorry I didn't realize you worked already. I don't right now so I can't imagine anyone who works full time would have any free time on their hands! But then I have 3 kids at home too that keep me pretty busy. You've had some great suggestions. Blogging, reading, couponing and crafts would be my choices.
