Soooooo Hungry!
I am dying over here! I am coming up on week 3 on my full liquid diet and I am starving. I am keeping hydrated and the protein part of it is satisfactory. I am at a lost as to how I can be creative of what I eat. I don't know if it is really hunger or not. I am not following an actual meal schedule because sometimes I am not hungry at breakfast. Maybe I am depriving myself that is why I am hungry? hmmm idk

Try to eat at least a little something for breakfast. Ideally, a protien shake or a yogurt or something of that sort.
I used to be someone who skipped breakfast and I know it is part of the reason my weight got so out of control. Now is time to be working on shaping new habits and this is such an important one.
