JUST ME
Hi All,
I hope everyone is doing great. I worked out today. I really been going about 3 weeks, it is hard to believe, my legs are already stronger, I didn't think I could build up anything in my body because of chemo and rad. It is working, I am happy. About 3 weeks ago I started out with 5 lbs shoulder press, now it is 10 lbs in each hand, dumbell shoulder press Dead lift 10 lbs on each side, wide-grip pulldown I am up to lifting 50 lbs, I did alot of swiss ball crunch, hoping it will help me get rid of sagging tummy, for my cardio I walked 15 mins on treadmill speed 2.5 65/10 of a mile. I know to alot of you this nothing, but I have a start.
