Welcome Kelly, I am at my 2wk post-op an feeling great. Good luck to u with this journey. I also feel the same way about cameras and picture taking. One of my main goals, is to be able to take a family picture without hiding my body, or worrying if my face is fat. Bt neways, Im so happy for u. N good luck!!
Hi, Kelly. You and I have a lot in common. I also have a lot of back problems (bulging disc, degenerative disc disease & arthritis) that severely limits my ability to excercise as well as do everyday things like preparing meals, washing dishes, sweeping floors, grocery shopping. My constant back pain is one of my main reasons for having this surgery.
I've been in the bariatric program (my insurance company's requirement) since May, and got my approval for surgery just two hours ago. :-) I am having my VSG this coming Tuesday.

What a story!! Congrats on your approval and getting a date!! I was sleeved 2 1/2 weeks ago and so far it's been pretty smooth sailing. I hope everything goes well for you!
