Hi Eleanor.  I tried to look up the book that you referred to in your earlier post and I found 3 different books about Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery.  Could you please tell me who the author is of the book that you have?  Thanks and good luck on your surgery.  I am praying that all goes well.

No problem and will do.  I'm counting down the days now. 

I found a better way to drink that chocolate fusion.  It just isn't chocolaty enough for me.  So, I add a teaspoon of cocoa powder, and sometimes also a teaspoon of folgers instant coffee.  Pretty darned good.  On my way to work, I was thinking tht it might be pretty good if it was frozen in the ice cream maker.  Maybe I'll try that out in a few weeks.
