One week out, 15 pounds down!

I stepped on the scale for the first time today after my 9/1/11 VSG.  I have lost 15 pounds in a week! Shocking, and deeply satisfying! I know it won't continue to fall off at this rapid rate, but I am pretty excited so far...!

That's awesome...Congrats!!! You should be excited. I had lost 10 pounds the first week, 4 pounds the 2nd week and then i stalled the 3rd week. Hopefully the scale will start moving soon. Best of luck to you on your new journey.
