im gonna cry!
Hang in there, folks! I know it's going to be okay. Our bodies have been assaulted and now they're healing. I haven't lost a lot either, but man, I feel SO much better than after surgery and right now, I'll take that over more weight loss!! I trust my body knows what it's doing. All we can control is what we eat and how much we move. I *know* we will be smaller if we keep eating on plan.
I was sleeved on August 1st and didn't loose anything the first week. I had read that might happen because of swelling, etc. I also hit a stall between weeks 3 and 5. My NUT said the same thing many of you are saying...I don't have as much to lose so the body wants to go slow. I do get frustrated butI have noticed that I am losing inches, even when the scale isn't moving. I don't measure but I can see it.
Hang in there everyone. The sleeve is only a tool to help us but it is not magic. Slower weight loss is better for our bodies in the long-run. I hoping for less sagging skin (LOL).

Hi,
I was sleeved on the same date and am considered a light weight too... and so far I have lost 24.1 lbs. ( 10 of which was pre-op) so we are in the same boat but I realized that the sleeve is just a tool and that we have to still diet to loose this weight and it will just be a bit easier as we won't have the hunger or the capacity anymore.
Don't get discouraged ( I know easy to say!).... it WILL come off. Just stick to the plan. You'll see.
I know that all my clothes are feeling loose and I am feeling great. I can see my toes and I haven't weighed this weight in 6 years so things are looking up each day. Try a day of just liquids again to give yourself a push...

I was sleeved on 3/1/11 and have lost about 70lbs, however I have not really lost anything for about 3 months now and I am very scared and discouraged. I am not considered a light weight and I still have such long way to go. I can pretty much eat anything and this scares me also. I know we can't give up and alot of our issuses are mental, but I was so hoping for more. You are still early out and I am sure it will start coming off quickly for you soon. I am not so sure about me.
