New here to just sleeved 9-8-11 so not sure about mushies, but have food calorie counter that has everything in it and the Wendy's Chili is excellent choice. Sounds like you are progressing well. You can try making up some Quiche dishes with eggs cheese potato meat blend all together and bake. My hubby and daughter were sleeved May 2011 so that is how I know some of this stuff. As far as working out, check with your doc as that is determined individually and doc knows your med history so he should be able to tell you about that. Most ppl are completely healed in 4-6 weeks. Good luck on the food, oh and do try a lasagna with cottage cheese, ricotta, bocca burger (filled with protein), low fat mozzerrela cheese and spaghetti sauce, it is really good. I made for my hubby and daughter no noodles and they liked it and so did I. Just start to try expirementing with dishes that you normally would cook that would have lots of protein and make them different, leave out the pasta etc... You would be surprised what you can whip up that is really good by changing recipes a little. Good luck.
I can do it, I can do it, chugga, chugga, chugga said the little train! Thank you Lord for giving me the strength!

String cheese is a good quick mushie for a quick shot of protein that has no carbs.
