How's everyone doing? We haven't had a check in for a while, so I thought I'd do a shout out!!

Things are going good for me. I had a nasty 2 month stall @ 180 and I thought I was done losing...when BAAAM I started losing again. It was a good lesson in just being patient and to keep following the plan.

Please share how you're doing!!

 Hello, Hello. January Sleevers rock!

I haven't weighed myself lately because my batteries died on my scale and I haven't had time to buy new ones. Last time I weighed myself I was down 76 pounds since surgery. My weight loss has slowed down a lot, but I blame myself because I'm eating carbs, not like crazy..but I know it's just small stuff I shouldn't be eating like pretzels and grahm crackers. I also try to go to the gym when I can, but I just started a new job and I've only be getting a chance to go once a week.

Over all, I'm still pleased with my weight loss and I can't wait to continue losing. My aunt wants me to be a total of 100 pounds lost by Christmas and I think I can do it!

Go team January!

I am doing well. I have found throughout my weight loss though my weight tends to go up a pound or two from day to day then back down , then stall for a bit then i start losing again. Gets frustrating at times but i woudnt change it for the world!

Congrats to everyone on their success!

what do you wanna be when you grow up little girl? i wanna be a loser and sit on the bench sir! (45 lbs lost pre op) 300lbs starting weight, currently 141lbs! Lowest has been 135lbs and hoping to get back to that.

I'm doing well, too.  My BMI is normal and I am trying to get the last 10 lbs or so off.  The scale hasn't moved since the beginning of the month so I need to ramp up the exercise--water, protein, and calories are where they should be.  Maybe final goal by Halloween!

Hello January buddies!  I am having the time of my life!  6 lbs to goal and plastics for arms and belly scheduled for January.  Now to find the money!  I have had ebbs and flows in the weight loss but once I hit about 2 months out I quit worrying about "stalls."  I call them "pauses."  I have never been this size before and I am loving it.  Well maybe when I was 5 or 6 :).  My restriction is great, my hunger level is extremely low, and my energy level is way up.  I hope all of you are having as much fun as I am.
I am not big boned!  Bones don't jiggle!

Hi fellow sleevers! I love my sleeve! I have gone from a size 24 or 3X to a size 12! Amazing! I have about 20-25 lbs to lose to get to goal. It seems like I have to fight for every lb now where the first 6-7 months the weight seemed to fly off. I am still on program with protein, low carbs, water and exercise.

I am determined to hit my goal. I have upped my exercise and my protein hoping that will help me get there.

Hey Family January babies..mine was this year!

Well..lots and LOTS of roadblocks..namely totaling my car last month and having and emergency cholesctomy to removing my gallbladder that hated me this past Friday! Needless to say I thought I would be way more worse off...but I'm not. I am so proud of myself for losing what I have.. 55+...hasn't been easy..but damnit I can now wrap my head around the fact that I look and feel different!!

Clothes dont fit anymore...that was a challege in itself lol...but I'll take it. Getting my health and life back has been worth EVERYTHING..even the pain of 5 days in the hospital to take my dang gallbladder. I would do it again in a heartbeat! Granted..had you talked to me last Tuesday I would have said the next surgery I had would have been of the plastic variety..but God had other plans lol!!!

Hope all in well with ya'll!
