3 year update

Well it has been a loooong time since i have posted. So much has changed in the past three years and it has all been so good. I lost 130 pounds.I am the proud mother of a 7 month old daughter who is my heart! I gained 37 pds while expecting. I only have 3 more pds to go to get down to my pre-baby weight. For the first time in 3 yrs I do have to diet to lose this weight which is shocker but well worth it. I would not change one thing i have done and my choice to have the surgery. It saved my life. Because of my success 4 other friends have had the surgery and couldn't be happier!

Thank you for the update and congrats on the birth of your baby girl. I bet you she is keeping you very busy.

I am hoping some of my friends eventually will want to have the surgery done, but it is hard to coach them when they don't see anything changing in me yet, I am only 6 days post op so a long way to go yet.
