Congratulations with your weight loss and your little one.
Thank you for sharing and being here......

When you say you have to diet now, what does that mean at 3 years out.
Do you have any restriction at all?  How much do you eat at once?
Do you mind sharing a little more?  Thank you and congrats!  Happy 3

Huuugs,
Mary

Diet...I am currently trying the 17 day diet which limits carbs and sugar for the 1st 17 days and then gradually allows them back in. It has not been bad at all. I still have plenty to eat.

I honeslty ate what I wanted after the surgery just could not eat a lot of it.

The best way to explain how muc I can eat at one meal after 3 yrs
would be to say after 1/2 of a
6 inch subway I am totally stuffed after eating this.

I am horrible at exercising so any extra weight that needs to come off is going to take some work.

Congrats on your daughter's birth and your surgiversary!

I am still loving life with my sleeve! Been maintaining at or below goal for over 4 years!
