Hello Everyone!
I miss you all!!!!
I have a crazy schedule indeed.

Well I ordered my GOJI BERRIES  and just received them in the mail today.
OMGAAAAAAAAAAAWD, they are sooOOooo good, filled with antioxidents,  yes
its a super food and has so many good things in it for me

(  I dont recommend this to anyone who just got out of surgery.  I am 8 months out
on the 1st)  Its Grown in the Himalayan or Asian parts of the world. ( Dont quote me
on this.)

Today for lunch I made the following dish with my new Goji Berries.

Lentils ( that I sprouted long with alkaline water
Coconut ( Fresh and cracked)
Gojiberries
Reed Avocado ( the big ones from farmers market and tastes like a real yummy avocado)
Fire sesame chili oil
Sesame oil
Sea Salt
Cracked black pepper...
oh and seaweed wrapped (NORI)   and ate some plain...   DELISH!!!!

mix it up...  OMGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWD heaven.
Also the lentil sprouts definitely flush me out.  Love the taste and of coarse to flush out.

I have been busy at work and missing you all.  I will have a hectic schedule for a bit.

OH OH...   and at my primary job,  We are having a weigh in.  I put in 100 dollars
to lose 15 pounds in 3 months.  Someone at my office said to me, " I dont think you should
do the weigh in?"  I said ..."why?"  She said you dont have 15 to lose...  I am like thinking...yes I do...???  Then I thought....  "oh noooo am i looking sick or something?"   I just felt weird in that moment.     So, I decided to join the weigh in.  Even if I dont lose the 15 pounds, it will be ok.
My body is going to do what it does....and I just will have to do my part....  and welcome doing it.

Miss being here daily....  Hope everyone is doing well in their journey.

huuugs,
Mary

From seeing your last pictures that you posted here awhile back, I don't see 15 lbs that you can lose. But hey it is a motive for everyone at work and I think that is great. If no one at work knew of my surgery then I would ummm do something like this and would know I would win :P Well hopefully I don't hit that 3 week stall.

Well I am not sure if I will win...   thanks for thinking I dont have anymore to lose.
my goal is 140 and I am 156+  There are heavier people in the weight in. Them losing
the same 15 pounds is much easier than me losing my 15 pounds....
WOW  what a great place to be. I am not worried about it.  It will just keep me on track
with my food plan.

Interesting list of ingredients for your lunch....how did you put them together?  I have to say I have never liked lentils.  My mother used to make lentil soup at least once a week, my dad was Greek/Italian and loved them with a layer of olive oil over the top...  I always thought they tasted like dishwater...after the dishes were done.  I tasted some Indian style lentils once and they were ok but just the thought of eating lentils is enough to turn my stomach...LOL!  I am interested in how you prepared that list of ingredients and if you know what the protein/carb count is in them?

Thanks Doc and am so glad your doing great at the new job!

So did you mix all these ingredients together to make a "cassarole" or soup  or did you eat them all separately?  I can't figure how you ate that much food!  I like the sushi paper too btw...
